Frequently asked questions
How long is attorney review in New Jersey?
Three business days from delivery of the fully signed contract. During that period either party's attorney can cancel or propose changes.
Do I need a lawyer for a closing?
New Jersey does not require one, but a title problem, a survey issue or a walkthrough dispute costs far more than the fee to have someone reading the documents on your side.
